Hello Everyone,

This is my eighth year at Bel Air and I am extremely excited to continue teaching at such a great school! Below is information containing the road I traveled to become an art teacher. Enjoy!

 

I began my career as a graphic designer with a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. I worked in the field for two years then added instructor to my workload. By day I worked at my firm and at night I taught design at a Technical College. It didn't take long for teaching to win me over. Soon I was enrolled in the Art Education program at the University of Minnesota and on my way to teaching K-12 art.

 

I have taught at the elementary, middle, high school and collegiate levels. I bring a lot of experience to your school and an openness to continue learning and growing as a teacher. I look forward to working with all of the families and faculty at Bel Air Elementary. Here's to a another great year!
